King Jammy's Super Power was the name of King Jammys Sound System. Starting out as Tape Tone Hifi in the mid 70's they took the name Prince Jammy's around 1980 before changing to King Jammy's around 1985.

The sound was based at Jammy's yard on St. Lucea Road, Waterhouse, Kingston, Jamaica.
