Count Suckle, real name Wilbert Augustus Campbell, moved to the UK from jamaica in 1952. He started the Count Suckle Sound System in the early 60's playing blues parties and then became the resident at The Roaring Twenties on Carnaby Street in London's West End. In 1962 he opened the Q Club on Praed Street, Paddington, London.
Count Suckle also had his own shortlived label, Q Records, a Trojan subsidiary, that issued one or two singles in 1970.

You can find out more info about Count Suckle in the documentary "Duke Vin and The Birth of SKA" by Gus Berger (2010) which is a film that talks about both Vin and Suckle as the 2 first UK Jamaican sound systems.
